By subscribing to Designment (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions
Services
Designment provides subscription-based design services, including but not limited to UI/UX design, web and app design, product design, pitch decks, and digital assets. All work is custom and delivered based on the client’s needs and priorities.
Subscription Model
Designment provides subscription-based design services, including but not limited to UI/UX design, web and app design, product design, pitch decks, and digital assets. All work is custom and delivered based on the client’s needs and priorities.
Our services operate on a flexible monthly subscription basis.
Clients may pause or cancel their subscription at any time.
If a subscription is cancelled mid-cycle, any unused days that are banked may be used at a later date.
There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods.
All work is bespoke and scoped dynamically throughout the subscription. Output, timelines, and volume of work depend on request complexity and available active subscription days.
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Payments are processed via Wise or Stripe, depending on what is feasible and available for the client at the time of billing.
Work will only be carried out during active, paid subscription periods. Billing resumes only when a client chooses to restart their subscription.
Ownership of completed and paid-for deliverables transfers to the client once payment for the relevant subscription period has been received. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, inputs, and approvals. Delays in feedback may affect delivery timelines.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Delivery Policy
All services are delivered digitally.
Work is delivered during active subscription days only.
Delivery timelines depend on task complexity, request volume, and client responsiveness.
Deliverables are shared via tools such as Figma, email, or cloud storage links.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services:
Refunds are not provided for time already used.
Unused subscription days are banked and can be used later.
No cash refunds are issued for unused or banked time.
Cancellation & Pause Policy
• Clients may pause or cancel at any time.
• Pausing or cancelling stops active work immediately.
• Any unused days are retained and can be resumed at a later date.
• Billing only occurs during active subscription periods
